Somewhere between meetings, desk lunches, and rushed afternoons, it stopped feeling like something worth slowing down for.
Then came Florence. Fresh bread. Real ingredients. Lines out the door for sandwiches people were genuinely excited to eat.
It reminded us what lunch could be.
